The average age of the vineyard is about 40 years. The density is between 6000 and 9000 vines per hectare.

Collecting

The wine is vinificate in stainless steel tank with temperature control.
There is no pre-established protocol. Every choice during vinification is made after every day’s tasting.
Aging
The wine is aged in French oak barrel during 15 to 18 months.
Depending on the character and quality of the vintage, the time in the barrel and the average of new oak can change.
