Château Trimoulet Takes First Place in the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Category

We are delighted to share that Château Trimoulet has been awarded first place in the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru category at the 2023 Coupe des Crus de Saint-Émilion. This prestigious event, held on January 30 at the Palais de la Bourse in Bordeaux, brought together 80 jurors, including wine professionals and passionate enthusiasts, to evaluate 159 wines across three vintages: 2018, 2019, and 2020.

The competition featured a rigorous blind-tasting process where wines competed head-to-head, judged on their consistency across three vintages. To have Château Trimoulet recognized at the top of this category is an incredible honor for our small estate, situated in the heart of the historic Saint-Émilion appellation.

This milestone is a testament to the dedication and vision of our winemaking team, led by Lucie Brun and Alessandro Grancini. Their passion for crafting wines that embody the authenticity and elegance of our terroir continues to guide everything we do. We also extend our gratitude to the many individuals and experts who took part in the Coupe des Crus and made this celebration of Saint-Émilion wines possible.

As part of the Coups de Cœur selection, Château Trimoulet will be featured throughout 2023, alongside other outstanding wines from the region. We look forward to sharing this journey with our friends, supporters, and the greater wine community.

Thank you for being part of our story as we continue to honor the heritage of Saint-Émilion and strive to produce wines that reflect its timeless spirit.
